| Abstract: | В работе рассматриваются методологические аспекты определения сущности и классификации понятия устойчивого развития, предлагается свое видение концепции устойчивого развития применительно к региональному и муниципальному уровням, способы достижения их нового качественного состояния.
The paper deals with the methodological aspects 0f defining the essence and classification of the notion of «permanent development». The author offers his own interpretation of the concept of «permanent development» concerning regional and municipal levels, as welt as the ways of achieving their new more qualitative state. |
