Социогендерные исследования трансформации рынка труда: безработица, социальная защита

Abstract

Статья посвящается проблемам формирующегося рынка труда, изменениям, происходящим в трудовых отношениях, дискриминации женского труда. Основными являются вопросы безработицы. Переход к рыночным отношениям обострил проблему использования труда женщин, в связи с чем возникает необходимость социально-экономической поддержки женщин.

In the article author considered: the current situation on Russian labor market, taking in account the latest changes in the sphere; sex discrimination in relation to the women employment process. The main part of the research is concentrated on theproblem of unemployment. The economic transformation of Russian society brought the problem of using women workforce, therefore the necessity of social and economic protection of women became very important.
