Развивающий потенциал образовательной среды психолого-педагогического вуза

Abstract

Педагогическая деятельность неразрывно связана с творчеством, и одним из факторов успеха в данной деятельности является наличие творческих способностей у педагога. Развитие творческих способностей происходит в контексте образовательной среды вуза, под которой понимается вся система условий обучения и воспитания, созданных в конкретной образовательной организации. Предметом обсуждения в данной статье является влияние компонентов образовательной среды вуза психолого-педагогического профиля на развитие креативных способностей студента – будущего педагога. Цель исследования – теоретически обосновать и экспериментально подтвердить значимость влияния образовательной среды вуза на развитие креативных способностей студентов. Для достижения поставленной цели, помимо методов теоретического уровня и традиционного диагностического инструментария, применялись методы экспертного опроса с использованием разработанного инструментария и методы статистической обработки экспериментальных данных (однофакторный дисперсионный анализ). Результаты однофакторного дисперсионного анализа позволяют констатировать, что влияние компонентов образовательной среды вуза на компоненты креативных способностей студентов является значимым, образовательная среда Института психологии и педагогики Тюменского государственного университета имеет выраженный потенциал для развития креативных способностей студентов. При этом для более полного раскрытия творческих способностей студентов необходима актуализация творческого потенциала образовательной среды. Областью применения полученных результатов может стать оптимизация образовательной среды вуза психолого-педагогического профиля на уровне всех субъектов среды: администрации, профессорско-преподавательского состава и студентов.

Pedagogical activity is closely connected with creativity and the teacher's creative abilities make up one of the necessary factors of success in this activity. Development of creative abilities occurs within the context of the educational environment, which includes the whole system of conditions of learning and educating created in a particular educational organization. Thus the object of discussion of this article is the influence of various components of the educational environment of institutions of pedagogical and psychological profile for the development of creative abilities of the student - the future teacher. The aim of investigation is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally confirm the importance of the influence of the educational environment on the development of the student's creative abilities. To achieve this goal, in addition to the methods of the theoretical level and traditional diagnostic tools, the author applies the methods of expert survey with the use of the developed tools and methods of statistical processing of experimental data (one-factor analysis of variance). The results of univariate analysis of variance show that the influence of the components of the educational environment on component-parts of creative abilities of students is important. The educational environment of the Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy of Tyumen State University has a strong potential for the development of creative abilities of students. Actualization of the creative potential of the educational environment is necessary for the best development of creative abilities of students. The results of the study may be used for optimization of the educational environment of institutions of pedagogical and psychological profile at the level of all subjects of the environment: administration, faculty and students.
