Конструктивное взаимодействие в физкультурном образовании

Abstract

Гуманизация физического воспитания предполагает изменения во взаимодействии субъектов образовательного процесса. Конструктивное взаимодействие – это взаимодействие одного или нескольких субъектов с согласованием их целей, способов сотрудничества и позиций контактирующих сторон. Следовательно, эти условия будут способствовать формированию продуктивных решений образовательных задач и стимулировать развитие личности и группы. Реализация конструктивного взаимодействия в образовательном процессе требует разумной гибкости стиля педагогического взаимодействия. Стиль педагогического взаимодействия следует рассматривать с учетом трех факторов: особенностей преподавателя, особенностей ученика и особенностей ситуации.

Humanization of physical education assumes changes in the interaction of the subjects of the educational process. The Constructive interaction is an interaction of one or more subjects with the coordination of their purposes, the ways of cooperation and the positions of the contacting parties. Hence these conditions will promote to the formation of productive decisions for educational tasks and stimulate the development of an individual and group. The realization of constructive interaction in educational process requires reasonable flexibility of the style of pedagogical interaction. The style of pedagogical interaction should be considered with regard to three factors: particular characteristics of a teacher, particular characteristics of a student, and specific features of a situation.
