Логопедия в «соляной пещере»: pro et contra?

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможности интеграции галотерапии и коррекционной (логопедической) помощи в условиях дошкольных образовательных учреждений. Отмечается недостаточная степень изученности настоящего вопроса как в научной литературе, так и на практике. Рассматриваются особенности работы логопеда в условиях «соляной комнаты» с детьми дошкольного возраста. Сопоставляются правила посещения «соляной пещеры» с возможностью проведения логопедических занятий. Анализируются как положительные аспекты влияния галотерапии на речевое и психофизиологическое развитие ребенка, так и некоторые спорные вопросы, требующие пристального научного исследования. Предполагается, что занятия по развитию речи (тематические игры с солью для активизации словарного запаса и формирования грамматического строя речи, упражнения по развитию памяти, внимания, мышления, а также мелкой моторики) могут быть наиболее доступным сочетанием логопедии и галотерапии. Выявляются этапы и виды коррекционной работы, которые невозможно осуществлять в «соляной комнате». Отмечается важность составления рациональной схемы показаний и противопоказаний проведения логопедических уроков в условиях «соляной пещеры» с учетом индивидуальных особенностей речевого и неречевого диагнозов каждого ребенка. Обосновывается перспективность изучения интеграции солевой терапии и логопедии в дошкольных учреждениях.

The possibilities of integrating halotherapy and correctional (speech therapy) care in pre-school educational institutions are discussed in the article. An insufficient degree of studying this issue both in the scientific literature and in practice is noted. The features of the speech therapist's work in the conditions of the "salt room" with preschool children are considered. The rules of attending the "salt room" are compared with the possibility of speech therapy classes. The article analyzes both the positive aspects of the influence of halotherapy on the speech and psychophysiological development of the child, as well as some controversial issues that require close scientific research. It is assumed that speech development classes (thematic games with salt to activate vocabulary, the formation of the grammatical structure of speech, the development of memory, attention, thinking, as well as fine motor skills) can be the most accessible combination of speech therapy and halotherapy. The stages of correctional classes that cannot be carried out in the "salt room" are revealed. The importance of drawing up a rational scheme of indications and contraindications for speech therapy lessons in the conditions of the "salt room", taking into account the individual characteristics of the speech and non-speech diagnoses of each child, is noted. The prospects of studying the integration of salt therapy and speech therapy in preschool institutions are substantiated.
