| Abstract: | This book, first of all, contains publications in the Tyumen media throughout the 80s – early 90s of the last century. Basically, these are materials published by the author, now a doctor of philosophy, Professor S. M. Khalin, in the Tyumen Pravda when he worked in it (September 1990 – August 1991). The book gives a certain idea of both the author himself and, more importantly, gives a certain slice of a very important epoch in the development of the country, region, Tyumen – the era of perestroika. The author and publishers hope that the information contained in the book will be in demand, will be of interest to both the ordinary reader and the future researcher of that time.
В этой книжке, прежде всего, собраны публикации в тюменских СМИ на протяжении 80-х – начала 90-х годов прошлого столетия. В основном это материалы, опубликованные автором, ныне доктором философских наук, профессором С. М. Халиным, в «Тюменской правде», когда он работал в ней (сентябрь 1990 – август 1991 гг.). Книжка даёт определённое представление как о самом авторе, так и, что гораздо важнее, даёт определенный срез очень важной эпохи в развитии страны, области, г. Тюмени – эпохи перестройки. Автор и издатели надеются на то, что содержащаяся в книжке информация окажется востребованной, будет интересна как простому читателю, так и будущему исследователю того времени. |
