| Abstract: | In the 1880s representatives of the public and heads of Siberia demanded improvement of the Siberian justice and establishment of world justice. Plans of the structure of this institution in the region, their compliance to conditions of the region and government policy of that time are estimated in article.
В 80-х гг. XIX в. представители общественности и руководители Сибири требовали усовершенствования сибирского правосудия и установления мировой юстиции. В статье оцениваются планы устройства этого учреждения в крае, их соответствие условиям региона и тогдашней правительственной политике. |
