Особенности развития профессиональной мобильности у студентов с инвалидностью

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of professional mobility of students with disabilities. Under professional mobility is understood the characteristic of the individual, manifested in the ability to successfully adapt to the modern socio-cultural space, professional environment in the conditions of instability of the labor market and life. The development of professional mobility in the process of vocational training at the University for students with disabilities will compensate for the shortcomings of professional development of the individual, will contribute to the development of personal qualities and competencies that ensure their social and professional competitiveness. Analysis of the results showed that professional mobility of students with disabilities is not sufficiently formed, they are not ready to build a future professional path.
