Юридическое образование в условиях информатизации и глобализации: проблемы и перспективы

Abstract

In the work based on the results of a survey conducted at the request of the Lawyers Chamber of the Orenburg Region, students of the law faculty of the Orenburg State University, conclusions were formulated on the directions of improving the legal education in the context of universal informatization. And also conclusions concerning the importance of the personality of the lecturer in the teaching of legal disciplines. Also used were statistical data generated by other researchers and the results of surveys conducted by the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion. When formulating the conclusions, opinions of contemporary authors, reflected in Russian and foreign publications, were taken into account. As a result of this study, the authors of this paper come to the conclusion that globalization as an irreversible process requires the creation of conditions for such training of lawyers that would ensure the possibility of realizing the acquired skills in the context of international, supranational and foreign laws. The latter is impossible without the active use of databases containing such norms and decisions of international courts. Accordingly, in the context of globalization, the use of electronic resources becomes an indispensable element of students’ involvement in the practical application of foreign legislation. Despite the great importance of various electronic resources should be used only as additional training methods for future lawyers. A key role in legal education, despite the informatization of all social processes, continues to be played by personal communication with the teacher, his professionalism and attitude to the taught subject. The humanitarian orientation of jurisprudence, the emergence of the rights and interests of the individual at the center of the corner, as the global goal of all legal systems of our time, dictate the need to preserve the traditions of fundamentalism in legal education and the need to concentrate on the personality of the lawyer, his moral principles, the abilities and merits of the bright representatives of the modern legal community.

В работе на основе результатов проведенного по запросу Адвокатской палаты Оренбургской области опроса – анкетирования студентов юридического факультета Оренбургского государственного университета были сформулированы выводы относительно направлений совершенствования юридического образования в условиях всеобщей информатизации, а также выводы относительно значимости личности преподавателя при преподавании юридических дисциплин.
