Уровень и качество жизни населения – индикатор экономического роста региона

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению уровня и качества жизни населения субъектов Российской Федерации. Представлен обзор научной литературы, определена взаимосвязь между уровнем и качеством жизни населения и экономическим ростом региона, определены значимые факторы, влияющие на уровень и качество жизни населения, характер их влияния через построение эконометрических моделей. Наиболее значимыми факторами являются реальные денежные доходы, уровень безработицы, ожидаемая продолжительность жизни при рождении, коэффициент естественного прироста населения, нагрузка на работников в сфере здравоохранения и численность студентов, обучающихся по программам бакалавриата, специалитета, магистратуры. По результатам анализа научной литературы и массива статистических данных по регионам Российской Федерации за 2000-2021 гг. выявлены риски стабильного функционирования регионов.

The article is devoted to the study of the level and quality of life of the population of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The review of scientific literature is presented, the relationship between the level and quality of life of the population and economic growth of the region is determined, the significant factors affecting the level and quality of life of the population, the nature of their influence through the construction of econometric models are identified. The most significant factors are real monetary income, unemployment rate, life expectancy at birth, the coefficient of natural population growth, the workload of employees in the field of health care and the number of students enrolled in bachelor's, specialist, and master's degree programs. Based on the results of the analysis of scientific literature and the array of statistical data on the regions of the Russian Federation for 2000-2021, the risks of stable functioning of the regions have been identified.
