Критерии эффективности работы органа власти

Abstract

The factor that decides this issue is primarily socio-economic efficiency, that is, universal consideration of the interests of citizens. This article discusses the features of determining the effectiveness of the work of government bodies. Within the framework of the study, the originality of the assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of public authorities in terms of socio-economic efficiency is presented. The analysis of the dynamics of the normative regulation of the institute for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is carried out. The minuses and pluses of the normative regulation of the institute for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are disassembled. In science, the definition of the concept of “efficiency criteria” is controversial, on the basis of which their study is relevant.

Проблема совершенствования эффективности деятельности государственного управления представляется ключевым моментом, который опровергает или поддерживает применяемые методы и формы власти - в рамках критериев эффективности. Фактором, который определяет этот вопрос, выступает прежде всего социально-экономическая эффективность, то есть всеобщий учет общественных интересов граждан. В данной статье рассмотрены особенности определения критериев эффективности работы органа власти. В рамках исследуемой работы представлено своеобразие оценки эффективности деятельности органов государственной власти с точки зрения социально-экономической эффективности. Проведён анализ динамики нормативного регулирования института оценки эффективности деятельности органов исполнительной власти субъектов РФ. Разобраны минусы и плюсы нормативного регулирования института оценки эффективности деятельности органов исполнительной власти субъектов РФ. В науке вызывает споры определение понятия «критерии эффективности», на основании чего изучение их является актуальным.
