Содержательные аспекты современной практикоориентированной подготовки студентов – будущих педагогов

Abstract

New approaches to the formation of practice-oriented competencies of students – future teachers are in demand in the modern university education. It is necessary to provide theoretical and methodological training and establish a research culture of students, and ensure their readiness for meaningful inclusion in the educational practice. The content of the semantic component of a university teacher training is substantiated. Meaningfulness of teaching activities is a prerequisite for qualified professional activity and educational tasks, targeted search and design of ways to solve these issues, deepening professional and personal reflection and creative self-development in the profession. A complex of conditions for the formation of readiness of students – future teachers to meaningful educational activities – is offered. Monographic description of the process how to acquire a meaningful educational experience in an innovative school as a possible model for the design of preparation of content by practicing teachers at the university is demonstrated.
