Проводится анализ феномена «открытость» в рамках современных тенденций инновационности, системности.

The article analyses the phenomenon of "openness" in the framework of the modern trends of innovation, consistency. Positioning the person as an integrated, open, self-organizing systems in the Tomsk school (V.E. Klochko, E.V. Galazhinsky, O.V. Lukyanov and others) is the starting point of the present approach. Modernization of education implies the search of directions of change. One such area could be the openness of education. But in open education, as in the system should be open to his subjects, and, above all, teacher. Attempt to highlight the kinds of openness (cognitive, communicative, flexible) allows you to focus the direction of further research on the phenomenon of openness in anthropological Sciences, in particular psychology, pedagogy, sociology.
